Eric loves to play around with his grapes. In this case he decided to let Auxerrois and Pinot Noir ferment together to produce an easy drinking rose-type PetNat for us. Not too aromatic, not too boring neither. Think refreshing notes of bitter orange, peach, lemon – PetNat type bubbles (“mousse”) exploding on your palate – Bäämm!
