Pauline Broqua – Chauffe Marcel – 2019

CHF19.00

Love at first sip. All you can possibly expect from a well made rosé produced from beautiful grapes by a beautifully minded person with tons of skills. Nice and dry yet notable hints of extract sweetness which together with spicy and red berry/fruity flavours find a balance which is immediately seducing. A real wine!
Why “Chauffe Marcel”? It`s a reference to famous Jacques Brel, who liked to “push” his famous accordeon player by shouting “chauffe marcel”. Check at 2min20sec here.
