Cabernet Sauvignon at its very best. We wouldnt be afraid to put this into any Bordeaux or Napa Valley blind tasting. In fact, we`d love to do that, given it is just 13.5% and would probably shine bright in terms of drinkability, elegance, finesse! The wine finds a beautiful balance between Cabernet Sauvignon typical flavour profile, tons of cherry, peppers, dark red berries & a soft and gentle mouthfeel that only super low SO2 wines can offer.
